Not really related to any of my other Giantesses or worlds, this is just a oneshot of a young, scared naga girl being chased for trying to survive... :(

That was a cute outcome, with an intense buildup. I know this is a one shot, but I like to imagine a future where the hunters daughter bonds with the naga.

Ahhhh that is literally one of the main things i was thinking about when i made this story!! If i ever make a sequel it will DEFINITELY be about the hunter introducing his human daughter to his naga one :P

Every good monster hunter knows you don't kill what doesn't engage in honorable combat. The fact that he had to be pushed so far to remember that says something about him. I don't know what it says, but it's something. Also, 200 feet long? She's starving no matter what.

As far as he was concerned, this naga had attacked his human settlement, peoples lives were on the line and if this naga escaped she could very well do it again and maybe this time succeed. Obviously, we figure out she was not trying to eat anybody, but rather their cattle, but that is only explained later and not known to harden right away. As for her size and eating habits... yeah, shes not real, lets just say naga have extremely efficient metabolism, if that helps, also, like the rest of my stories with giants in them, the giants come with appropriately sized giant animals as well, shes mostly eating those! ^^

Hunting to save lives? That's crazy. Everyone knows the only reason to hunt is partake in glorious battle with powerful beasts. But seriously, this story's plot progression makes a lot of sense. Emotional realism and rational thought are surprisingly rare.

For the metabolism point, that tracks pretty well because snakes actually do have very efficient metabolism. That human brain is probably burning a lot of energy though. I'd guess the reason she takes cattle instead of those larger animals with more calories is due to her low hunting skill, and again, that makes perfect sense with all the information given.

There is one thing to bear in mind regarding giants though, something that I believe make tiny people hold up better under observation, that bring physics. The bigger they are, the harder they fall and whatnot. If a 70 foot tall giant were to trip, they'd probably die because of it. Really, they'd probably be crushed under their own weight, as pound-for-pound strength gets worse the bigger you go. Although if the world they live in had lower gravity than earth, it wouldn't be such a problem. But that'd bring all sorts of shenanigans along with it. Oh well, it's not important for it to make sense.

Ughf why can't I edit my comments? I meant being, not bring. The first bring is the incorrect one, not the second. Sorry, I'm just way too stingy on errors

Hey! first of all, thank you so much! I'm glad you liked the story based, emotional writing! I agree its very rare, especially on this site, and its something i always love to see. ^^
Secondly, Yeah I hadn't actually thought about the snakes metabolism, thats a good point! and your totally correct about the 'stealing cattle' thing, she TRIES to hunt large game, but her inability to due so leads her to frequently go hungry... which eventually lead to the desperation... which eventually lead to her stealing the humans cattle. Hopefully Harden can help her out in that category though ;)
oooh... the dreaded square cube law... yeah, realistically, she couldn't exist, not without exponentially stronger bones and organs... although, i actually have an in universe explanation for it. Theres no evidence of this in THIS story, but in the wider world they live in, only humans and human sized folk can procure magic, all giants are unable too. This is because Giants use all their magic investing in their size and size alone, meanwhile the smaller races are free to use that magic with their smaller bodies. this is particularly why magic is so effective against giants, because their bodies are partially MADE of it ^^
And hey, don't beat yourself up over spelling mistakes, i didn't even see it till you pointed it out xD
thanks for your detailed comment, I really loved reading it and talking about my characters, cheers! :)
