Yeah, like the title says, my projects are being delayed. No, nothing to do with depression or even classwork (although the latter is getting rather pressuring), but something else. My family and I are fed up of our area. The taxes are insane, we're not making much money (in my case, none at all, thanks to the unemployment rate AND no one willing to hire a student), and a lot of our friends have left. We're looking at real estate in upstate NY. Sure, the taxes in NY are still a pain, but at least it will be quite a bit less than down here. Going upstate would also improve my health, as whenever we go up there for a vacation, my health gains a sharp boost (even though it vanishes when we return to LI).

Looks like the Adirondacks is the place for my family. According to several internet searches and such, real estate is down-right afordable and jobs positions are in demand. I doubt we'll be moving any time soon, but we're looking quite vigorously to find a new place. Besides, as what I've learned on my many trips up there, I can captalize on my traits and abilities while I'm up there. One example: I love the cold and I gain considerable amounts of energy when it snows. It snows heavily there (one day can bring 5 feet!), and when I was up during the winter (the Valentine's Day blizzard, to be exact) a few years ago, I felt totally revived and energized (with me, that's an improvement).

I'm trying to get stuff out, but with this recent project (and me more than willing to help), the spare time I do have is usually taken. I'll probably pop a few pics here and there every so often, but this is one project that I really want to happen. It would be a huge benifit for my family. Sure, there's quite a bit involved (it wouldn't be the first time I moved), but I feel that my family and I could really use this. Like I said, I'll throw out a few pics here and there as time goes on, but don't expect them right away. Now, I have to go. Have to do more searches for my dad (who is totally computer challenged).
