Every so often a thread comes up in the forums in some way relating to vore experiences people have had as children, what first turned them onto vore, etc. Reading these I think it's kind of obvious that something about consumption is ingrained into our psyches, and fascinates many of us. When you're a kid and haven't had the experiences of being an adult this takes on a whole different light.

This is interesting to me as I think about some of the stuff I've written; a lot of it deals with younger people getting eaten, someone with a pet or friend that is some sort of pred, etc. The reason this interests me is simple, childlike fascination. I mean, how awesome would it have been when you were a kid to have had a pet that could eat anyone who bothered you? Or, before you really understood what digestion entailed, how about the thought of being eaten? There's a lot there for a young mind to run with, and it was something that occurred to me years ago. And sometimes I think back to it, and it gives me inspiration to write.1 Comment
