Very cool.
If I was to give one criticism (constructive I hope)it would be that the gut spillage is maybe to small (the ventral portions of the equine colon are really big) and lacking in the omentum and other connective tissue parts. Just a comment from the anatomical point.

But its still about 2000% better than I could ever draw.

Yay hard vore!

I like how the horse's lower body/back legs are kind of twisted sideways and splayed out. That looks painful even *before* your guts fall out and your leg breaks.
