a few days ago i revealed it to a sexual partner of mine, after a while of "i have a really wierd fetish, i dont really want to tell you" sort of thing. i am glad to say that she, well, not understood, but accepted it as a part of me. i'm a fairly vanilla guy apart from this community, and it came as a shock to her about this fetish. she had never heard of it, neither had the friend that i told beforehand. i have a quite selective preference, eg softvore, f/f or f/m, non digestion, blah blah blah. then she let me "act", as far as you can, my fetish out on her, me describing what was in my mind to her, and i was pretty surprised to find her turned on, even though shes not into the fetish herself. which was awesome 
I'm not sure why i'm posting this, seeing as i'm quite the lurker on these forums and others, and seeing as other stories might be more interesting, but i reckon that anyone who has come out to their friends or partners should post their stories too, as many have.
maybe this is part of me giving a little back to the community i have sponged off so much the past few years, my story of revelation. maybe you'll regard this as some fool rambling, whatever. anywhooo, to anyone who reads this whose completely in the closet, i hope you have someone that you trust enough to tell, even if its your best friend. it is quite the release. And, just so you know, my friend and partner talked about it the day after i told her about it. apparently he was dyin to talk to someone about it
